ACCOUNTING
Perform all aspects of accounting activities including processing vendor invoices, employee travel expenses, file maintenance, and vendor relations. Prefer at a minimum an Associates degree in accounting and at least two (2) years experience. Specific Functions include: |

Independently operate full-cycle Deltek Costpoint™ Accounts Payable software module
-
Process vendor payments
-
Issue travel advances, review and process travel and business related expense reports
-
Interact with vendors, clients, and staff to resolve purchase/billing/expense report issues
-
Create and reconcile general ledger accounts

ENVIRONMENTAL FIELD TECHNICIANS
Prior environmental monitoring of chemical agent experience is required. Degree in biology, chemistry, or environmental studies preferred. Occasional travel required. HAZWOPER certification preferred. Must be able to pass a security check. |
|
PROGRAM ANALYST
15 years experience supporting management and technical programs; experienced in technical writing, cost estimating, QA/QC, and program management. Must possess excellent communications skills, and be proficient in computer systems. |
|
QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Experience with quality systems management to include evaluating data, writing reports, and conducting audits. Must have excellent communications skills and proficient computer skills.
|
|
SITE OPERATIONAL QUALITY MANAGER
Experience in any combination of the following: personnel supervision, training coordination, logistics planning and coordination, risk management, safety management, and/or field operations management. |
|
CHEMICAL TECHNICIANS (ALL LEVELS)
Experience in the field or laboratory in any of the following: chemistry, environmental operations, QA, data collections/processing, analytical instrumentation and test equipment. Demonstrated experience in laboratory testing instruction. |
|
PPE TECHNICIANS (ALL LEVELS)
Experience troubleshooting, advanced training and safety/HAZMAT operations. Experienced in any of the following: industrial safety munitions/explosives safety, personal and fire safety, construction/environmental safety; warehouse safety operations; commercial /industrial cleaning operations. |
